Welcome to Reclaim Our Culture, LLC (“ROC”) and the ROC Web Sites.  By using ROC Web Sites and any of its related sites, services, products and tools), you agree to the following terms with ROC. This Agreement is effective on November 1, 2009, for current users, and upon acceptance for new users. This Statement of Privacy applies to all of the ROC sites and governs data collection and usage. By using any of the ROC Web Sites, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

COLLECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

ROC may collect personally identifiable information, such as your e-mail address, name, home or work address or telephone number. ROC also may collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your ZIP code, age, gender, preferences, interests and favorites.

ROC collects and uses your personal information to operate the ROC Web site and deliver the services you have requested. ROC also may use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from ROC and its affiliates. ROC may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered. In the course of their duties, various information and responses may be viewed by employees or contractors of ROC. Currently, our employees are only given access to your personal information to perform a specific job.  Furthermore, all employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices, and are notified about the importance we place on privacy and what they can do to ensure your information is protected.
